Technology and Sensor Notice

Purpose

TEAM 22 may offer optional technology to support attendance verification, agreed household observations, caregiver task documentation, family communication and escalation. The technology supports nonmedical services and does not replace human judgment.

Possible devices

Depending on the service plan and written consent, devices may include door or window sensors, motion or occupancy sensors, temperature or humidity sensors, water-leak sensors, assistance buttons, NFC or QR identifiers, approved wearables and caregiver field devices.

RAMAT Vision

RAMAT Vision may present authorized tasks, identity confirmation, reminders, warnings, exception prompts and escalation instructions to an authorized caregiver. Camera or audio functionality is not used in a client home without separate written authorization and location restrictions.

COBIT-Chain

COBIT-Chain may preserve governed records of consent, authorization, attendance, task completion, exceptions, notifications and human approvals. It does not issue clinical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

Limitations

The technology is not a medical device unless expressly identified and separately governed as one. It is not continuous clinical monitoring, does not guarantee detection of every event and does not guarantee emergency response. Call 911 for an emergency.

Control and withdrawal

Clients or authorized representatives may ask questions about installed devices, request permitted settings changes or withdraw optional technology consent according to the service agreement and removal process.
